Jessica Alba Works Out On The Wii

Apparently Jessica Alba is into working out with the Wii.  According to this story on The Skinny Website, instead of diets and personal trainers, Jessica breaks a sweat using a Wii to keep in shape.  From the pictures, it seems to be working quiet well :-)
