Gemaga is reporting that Wii Fitness has been released in Japan. This looks to be the ultimate Wii Workout game! Have a look at the Wii Fitness preview video on Amazon to see all the great workouts we can expect. Also, according to this unboxing video, Wii Fitness only supports upto 299 lbs. Not a problem here but hopefully won't impede some people turning to the Wii for weightloss. I guess the alternative is to go on the Wii Workout plan using the original games included in the Wii.
