My Wii Workout continues through Day 14. Creating the two Mii's one for each hand has worked out very well. I now start my workouts playing one best of 3 match right handed, then switch Mii's and play a match left handed, then switch back. Playing with the opposite hand (in my case left) causes some interesting game play, especially in tennis. Because I am not as coordinated with my left hand, I tend to hit some weird angle shots or they have nasty back spin, giving the CPU a tougher time. I also find that I hit more hyper-serves. For some reason my timing is better with the less dominant hand. The dieting has been a little rougher than the workout. I have been eating more carbohydrates than I planned. Hope to get back on track today. Jumped on the scale and I am at 223 lbs which is down 3 lbs from my original weigh-in. Lastly, I took the Wii Sports Fitness Test today. My score was 33.
