Today is Day 1 of the Workout With Wii - Weight Loss program.  Here is a log of todays session: 

Wii Workout Day 1 - 30 min session

5 minutes of stretching (not counted in session minutes)


Wii Tennis - 3 games - 15 minutes (game one - won in 2, game two - lost in 2, game three - won in 3)

  • I jogged the whole time while playing.  This realy helps break a sweat
  • Good aerobic exercise, this game was the most fun to play


Baseball - 1 game - 10 minutes (won 6-2)


Boxing - 1 match - 5 minutes (won with knockout in 3rd round)

  • I try to jog while playing, constantly keeping my feet moving
  • I also dance during knockdowns and when winner announced to keep up the aerobic excersize
  • Lastly, I finished with a minute left so continued jogging and dancing for the last minute, besides it is fun to rub it in on your opponent

For the dietary portion, I skipped desert tonight and drank mostly water today except for a coffee at breakfast and diet coke at lunch.
