Welcome to Workout With Wii, a site dedicated to promoting physical fitness and fun via Nintendo's next generation video game technology - the Nintendo Wii.  The Wii opens up a whole new way to play video games, actually allowing the users to simulate the physical motions of the game being played.  When you play baseball, the player goes through the motions of throwing the ball; with boxing you actually throw punches.

The goal of this site is to couple the physical activities required to play games on the Wii, with tips and techniques to enhance the game experience - resulting in a very fun way to get a good workout.  Besides, it gives you another reason to play video games daily or to get your significant other to play the Wii as well.
